Users identified the need to screen the feasibility of projects, particularly infrastructure projects, against different hazard criteria; for example, extreme weather events; climate change derived hazards (e.g. sea level rises), and natural hazards (exacerbated by climate change, like floods or forest fires). This enables them to propose corrections and modifications in a project design before it is executed or reject the project when needed.
