When do you use this kind of dataset?

During all stages of the project (exept pre-license) a continuous monitor of the site needs to be done. It helps preventing pollution and structures damages.

What are your actual limitations and do you have a work around? 

Speed of acquisition and data access

Contracts requirements restrict access to data required urgently
