The location and details of infrastructure in the area of a mine development (power / roads etc), is fundamental to developing and operating a mine. This includes assessing the mine location for the necessary access to the site location for construction equipment, building materials and both mobile and fixed plant components. Additional roads as well as modification to existing structures (low bridges etc.) may all need to be completed to allow a mine to be developed and needs to consider all stages from development to operation including access of raw material and people as well as offloading of product.
